What Kids Can Catch

Some examples of the fish species kids can pursue on your family fishing trip include; mackerel, pollock, redfish, cod, herring, sculpin and bluefish. Available fish species will vary depending on the level of experience, distance from shore, and time spent.

On most Family fun trips we will catch over 100 fish!!!!! Kids will often catch 3, 4, 5 even 6 fish at a time on one line!!!! (The record is just under 300 on one trip). Make sure to bring your camera!

We go out a little over three miles from shore on these trips and will often see dolphins, seals and numerous bird species and occasionally even see a whale.
